MAFS UK’s Polly Sellman shows off her two stone weight loss in a sexy black swimsuit as she enjoys a mini break with pals
Her turbulent marriage to husband Adam has left viewers gripped.
And with just days to go until the Married At First Sight UK finale, star Polly Sellman showed off her incredible post-show transformation as she enjoyed a mini break with her pals.
The reality star, 28, showed off her two-stone weight loss in a sexy black swimsuit as she headed to Centerparcs in Suffolk for a winter getaway.
Polly, who revealed last month she’d lost two stone since her appearance on the show, flaunted her slimmed-down figure in the revealing piece as she enjoyed a dip in a hot tub at her forest retreat.
Monday’s edition of MAFS saw Polly’s marriage to Adam completely crumble, as she branded her husband a ‘f*****g narcissist’ in a fiery rant at the final dinner party.

Back in September, Polly first shared that she’d been on a six-month mission to slim down, and unveiled her impressive transformation in a before and after post.
Penning a lengthy caption about her transformation, she wrote: ‘This has been an ongoing journey since the end of March, and since then I’ve lost around 2 stone (with some help).
‘It’s not until I look at these photos back that I really do see how different I look. It’s been a case of upping my water intake, eating less and moving more. And I love that I’ve found a huge passion for fitness again because of the routine I really kept to, and still do.
‘The first photo was the end of March, the second was around the beginning of July, and the last is the most recent up to a comparison photo of me exactly this time last year in Aus to Friday evening.
‘I still have a little way to go to get to my goal weight then when I’m there it’s going to be building strength and maintaining the weight I’ve lost without living a restricted lifestyle and keep a healthy relationship with food and drink.
‘I’ve always been confident however not so much with my body, now have a lot more self confidence and feel so much more comfortable in certain clothing whereas I didn’t before.
‘I dressed well for my shape and size but never felt hugely comfortable just the fact I knew how to dress to hide certain insecurities.
‘However that’s now changed and I don’t think as much about covering certain things when I’m ordering clothes and it feels sooooo good.’

Ahead of MAFS UK’s final vows this week, it was reported that Polly and Adam have split after a fiery dinner party saw their marriage fall apart.
Viewers watched the combative couple sling insults during Monday’s dinner party, with the career advisor, 28, branding her groom, 35, a ‘f*****g narcissist’.
Adam fumed: ‘If you’re going to frustrate me and moan at me all day, why would I want to come home and have sex with you?’, before letting his chair crash to the ground as he got to hit feet.
Polly then hit back: ‘You’ve led me on, you’ve f***** me about, and you’ve p***** me right off’ before storming off.
A source told The Sun: ‘Polly and Adam really tried to make it work and weathered many storms during the experiment but at final vows, they realise their relationship has run its course and call it a day’.
‘It’s all quite emotional viewing after the rollercoaster journey they have been on, and fans will see how it all plays out tomorrow night’.
Before adding: ‘Many will be gutted as lots of viewers were rooting for them to work out despite seemingly having the odds stacked against them.’
MailOnline have contacted Channel 4 for comment.
Following Monday’s explosive row fans were well and truly left divided but unanimously concluded the pair were better off apart.
Fuming: ‘Polly he doesn’t fancy you for f*** sakes’: ‘PLOT TWIST: Adam got exactly what we wanted, pushed and pushed Polly until she popped off so now he can humiliate her and look like the victim so he’s not the bad guy when he says no at final vows‘: ‘Polly has managed to make every single dinner party about her’.
‘Adam really haven’t gave a f*** this episode, this has built up for MONTHS of Polly’s sh** and I’m here for it’: ‘If Adam is so awful and such a narcissist why is Polly so desperate for a crumb of his attention?’: ‘Adam never liked polly, but kept saying stay not because he wanted to make it work but because he wanted to be famous… he was also concerned with not looking like a d**… but you’re still a d** mate’.
