Diddy struggles to sell multi-million dollar mansion
Sean “Diddy” Combs is reportedly having difficulty selling his $61.5 million (£47 million) mansion in Beverly Hills, two months after listing it.
The 54-year-old music mogul, who faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution-related offenses, has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since his September arrest.
He denies the charges, and his trial is set for May 2025.
Diddy listed the 13,000-square-foot property, which Homeland Security raided in March, with a price significantly above the $39 million (£30 million) he paid in 2014.
However, real estate insiders say the property has seen little interest, with only a few potential buyers coming for viewings.
Sources told TMZ that the high price tag, which some agents called “ridiculous,” and the negative associations tied to Diddy’s legal troubles are deterring buyers.
One couple who viewed the home reportedly felt uneasy, with the wife eager to leave due to the “ick factor” from the allegations.
