“My life is ruined Now l just tested positive for HIV and I don’t know what | will do but please to every young girl out there it’s not worth it”

Users expressed a mix of shock and scepticism regarding Silinda’s claims.

@BBK29_ stated, “Nothing was hacked… She chose to be patriotic and from now on, we shall stay away South Africa will be a great country if it was led by honest people like her, who do the right thing”.

Conversely, @SibusisoMabuyaa questioned the validity of her hacking claim, saying, “People who says their accounts are hacked after they’ve posted something, can someone balance me how does that happen? l’ve had Facebook and Twitter since 2011, l’ve never experienced that”.

Then when she was sober she woke up and claimed she was “hacked” – we’ve seen this movie before”

Further criticism came from @mundufrance, who remarked, “Why apologise for something you didn’t do? We take what we read and consider it to be true. What she wrote after we vehemently reject! She was in a moment when she wrote it and came to her senses of what she did and tried to polish it. It wont work!”
