Kate, who has been teetotal for seven years, went all out for glamour, and sashayed into Cibus restaurant in the sheer number that was covered with black and gold polka dots.
The catwalk pin-up looked sensational in the sexy see-through look which left her underwear on show.
She wore her blonde locks loose and opted for a chunky gold bracelet for accessories and carried her belongings in a large black YSL handbag.

Back in 2016, Jefferson admitted that despite Lila having two famous parents, she found them both to be ‘deeply uncool’.
