‘Eight weeks post-partum wondering how I’ll ever teach classes again due to my lack of fitness and 50lbs weight gain,’ she wrote on top of the first video.
Holly displayed her impressive abs in the more recent video, where she was seen doing aerobics in front of a screen detailing the name of her own app, Team Fitty.
She captioned the second clip: ’15 months later, the fittest and leanest I’ve been in my life committing just 20 minutes per day to activity.’
Holly and footballer Jacob Blyth, 31, have been married since 2022 – with the pair welcoming their son Alpha-Jax in June 2023.
The mother-of-one has been on a mission to tackle her post-partum weight gain and credited her app Team Fitty with her transformation.
The programme, which launched at the end of last year, is geared towards beginners and busy mums who want to achieve their weight loss goals with quick classes at home.
Last year the TV star qualified as a nutrition coach and earned a certificate as a level three personal trainer.
Holly now posts fitness content to her social media and has been candid about her own weight loss struggles.

Last month the star took to Instagram to reveal she had been on a mission to ‘reduce her BBL naturally’ after being left unhappy with her postpartum body.
The Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) — also known as butt augmentation with fat grafting — rose to popularity in the mid-2010s. It is done by extracting fat from one area of the body — such as the waist or inner thigh — and implanting it into the buttocks.
But Holly credited ’10 months of consistency’ for her incredible progress as she realised she could shed the pounds she wanted in a safer way and avoid surgery.
Holly said her impressive change was down to ‘a few 20 minutes classes from home’ ‘matching her calories’ and ‘getting her steps in’.
She penned: ‘I’ve been grafting my a**e off (literally) to reduce my bbl naturally after gaining weight in pregnancy and the majority going to my bum.
‘The trolling I received on my post partum body wasn’t ideal and it meant I stopped showing up and creating content for @teamfittyapp because I was so nervous about what people would say about my body.

‘I was constantly encouraged to go and get more surgery to reverse it without people understanding the danger of a surgery in that area. I knew it could be reduced with fat loss, I just needed consistency and patience.
‘I’m honestly gutted for myself that I didn’t have the education I do now to understand how to get the body I wanted with diet and exercise.
‘I didn’t know what my body was capable of and I thought it was the easy way out! (It wasn’t) and has cause me so many issues ever since.
‘I wish I’d of know how simple it actually was. A few 20 minute classes from home, getting my steps in and matching my calories to my activity. That’s it!’
