During an interview with cool FM, Handi clarified that Ben’s actions constituted s3xual molestation, acknowledging his subsequent apology.
Handi revealed she initially considered taking legal action but decided against it owed to her closeness with Ben and his apology.
However, she stressed her willingness to revisit the issue if compulsory, reaffirming her stance on the incident.
“I still stand my ground on what Ben did, but I have forgotten about the issue. After the Saturday night party, he came and apologized to me, and I decided to drop the case.”
Ben had previously announced plans to take legal action against Handi and another housemate, Wanni, regarding the allegations and is awaiting footage from Big Brother Naija organizers, MultiChoice.
