Yet Theo James had a change of scenery on Monday as he returned to normal life and visited a garden centre with wife Ruth Kearney.
The actor, 39, looked in good spirits as he made the most of family time after jetting abroad to film the steamy advert for Dolce and Gabbana.
He swapped his tiny trunks for navy shorts and a T-shirt, adding to the look with a baseball cap and chunky white trainers.
By his side was Ruth, 39, who was casually clad in a plain white top and navy cargo pants paired with mules and a green cap.

Ruth previously revealed an outpouring of support from fans when her husband was spotted filming his steamy advert abroad.
The images of Theo and Vittoria prompted an outpouring of sympathy, with some joking she must be ‘stronger than Superman’ to cope with seeing her husband in such a raunchy embrace with another woman.
Yet an actress herself, having landed roles in shows such as Primeval and Flaked, Ruth is all too familiar with having to work on romance scenes.
Equally, Vittoria’s actor boyfriend Leonardo Di Caprio was also unfazed by the shoot.
‘The steamy interactions that Vittoria is having with Theo have no bearing on her relationship with Leo, they both know it is work and it is a complete non issue,’ one insider told DailyMail.com exclusively.
‘Leo is not the least bit bothered by Vittoria’s photo shoot,’ a second insider insisted. ‘He supports her career and he loves to see her succeed. She was incredibly successful before dating Leo and this is what she does.’
Vittoria has been dating Leo since August 2023, two months after the pair met during the premiere of Killers Of The Flower Moon at the Cannes Film Festival.
Meanwhile, Theo met wife Ruth when they studied at Bristol’s Old Vic Theatre School.
