The hunky British actor had clearly been hitting the gym ahead of the campaign, judging by his gym-honed muscles, which were on full display.
Theo was filming with D&G along the island’s coast and could be seen making his way towards Vittoria, 26, who was lounging on a sunbed in a bikini.
